We are working on design of a new residential complex to be built at S.Dariaus ir S.Gireno Street of fascinating and expanding Palanga resort town. The complex will fulfil expectations who are looking for dwelling intended for rest or who wish to live in a resort permanently.

2 four-storey multi-apartment buildings will be built in a calm place in the South-eastern are of the resort town, near running Ziogupis rivulet, far from the noise of the town. There are no neighbouring multi-storey buildings. Asphalt streets and laid down bike lanes will allow you to access the central part of the resort just in some minutes, or visit Palanga Park with Tiskevicius Palace (Amber Museum), near the Baltic Sea.

The residential complex will consist of 1-room, 2-room and 3-room apartments. Floor-space of the apartments covering from 28 m2 to 68 m2 is optimised to meet living requirements. Premises intended for storage covering from 7 m2 to 14 m2 will be built in ground floor as well.

The apartment will have installed partition walls in rooms (you will have opportunity to agree individually on placement of the partitions upon reservation of an apartment).
